I thought that the less structured style in the first half was appropriate considering that staff wanted to talk about the issues at hand. Also I think that there was an intangible benefit - the Management Team spending some time together. Thanks

Career Assessments

I'm happy that I accomplished my goal of getting here. It has taken me outside of my comfort zone, but it is good to get another perspective on where I am. It has given me a direction through the mass of options that has being confusing me. Cheryl - Epsom
