Change and Career Management Projects

This can be a transitional time that is either initiated by the client corporation concerned (for e.g. change of ownership, restructure, change in strategic direction, etc.) or an individual wanting some assistance in a time of transition that they have chosen for themselves, or alternatively bedding down a new strategic business direction. This service is provided on a one to one basis, especially for more senior individuals in the corporation. Workshops are, however, the approach that is most typically used with large groups of individuals who need to be given assistance in a short timeframe.

Work performance counselling

This work is designed and undertaken to help employees who may have problems that cause work impairment or difficulties in their private lives. Its main objectives are to assist the individual to return to work at their full capacity as soon as possible, and to manage any work performance problems in a constructive way.
